The equipment supports modular double-layer screen surface layout, fitted with anti-blocking polyurethane screen panels featuring strong wear resistance and self-cleaning performance, which effectively solves the sticking and blinding problems of wet fine-grained ore materials. Verified by on-site operation data, the maximum hourly processing capacity of the machine reaches 580 tons, 35% higher than that of same-size traditional screening equipment, with screening precision stabilized above 96% for particle sizes ranging from 3mm to 50mm.
In terms of green production and intelligent operation, the new linear vibrating screen complies with China’s latest industrial environmental protection emission standards and ISO 21873 mining machinery safety specifications.

The enterprise plans to equip two more sets of the same model linear vibrating screens in its southwest branch mine before the fourth quarter of 2026 to unify the whole-plant screening process standards.
Industry analysts from China Mining Machinery Association pointed out that localized large-scale screening equipment has become the mainstream procurement trend for domestic mining enterprises, replacing high-priced imported screening machines. Compared with imported counterparts, domestically developed large linear vibrating screens have obvious advantages in customized adaptation, after-sales service cycle, spare parts supply and overall life-cycle cost. Driven by national policies supporting intelligent mining equipment localization, domestic screening machinery manufacturers are accelerating material upgrading and digital iteration, covering full-process processing scenarios including raw ore classification, tailings dewatering, coarse and fine material separation.
The equipment manufacturer GN Separation stated that it will continue to upgrade anti-corrosion and intelligent energy-saving versions of linear vibrating screens for alpine mines, high-water-content coal mines and multi-metal mixed ore mines in China. The enterprise will also build a full-life-cycle equipment service system, including on-site installation, regular maintenance and process scheme optimization, to empower more domestic mining companies to realize low-cost, high-efficiency and eco-friendly mineral production, and boost the high-quality development of China’s upstream mineral resource supply chain.
