Fine separation is the core link of iron ore beneficiation, directly deciding concentrate grade and valuable mineral recovery rate. Traditional vibrating screens often suffer from mesh blinding, low classification accuracy and unstable throughput when handling wet, fine iron ore slurry, which restricts the economic benefit of iron mines. GN Separation independently developed the synergistic frequency vibrating screen to solve these long-standing bottlenecks for fine-grained iron ore separation.

This machine adopts an innovative dual-frequency synergistic principle, combining motor-driven linear vibration and local electromagnetic high-frequency vibration. The vibration motors drive the whole screen box to generate steady linear motion to convey ore materials continuously. Meanwhile, the electromagnetic excitation system acts directly on the screen mesh and creates micro high-frequency oscillation. Operators can adjust electric current to change electromagnetic amplitude flexibly to match different iron ore properties, moisture and particle size distribution.

The synergistic vibration delivers obvious self-cleaning performance. High-frequency micro-vibration on the mesh breaks material agglomeration and prevents fine iron particles from sticking and blocking screen openings. More fine valuable particles can pass through the mesh smoothly, greatly boosting classification efficiency and cutting down iron loss into tailings. Its robust welded frame and wear-resistant polyurethane screen panels adapt to the abrasive and continuous working conditions of iron ore beneficiation plants, lowering downtime and maintenance cost.

The compact layout saves workshop floor space and supports easy integration into existing closed-circuit grinding systems. It works well for magnetite and hematite fine separation, helping mines raise concentrate quality and reduce circulating load of ball mills.

For iron ore projects targeting high fine particle recovery, GN synergistic frequency vibrating screen offers a practical, energy-efficient fine screening alternative. It helps mineral processors maximize resource utilization while cutting operational expenditure in tough beneficiation environments.
